[01] All capabilities in one system
Custom platform development
We build platforms around your business: client and partner accounts, corporate portals, B2B marketplaces and industry SaaS products. One contour instead of a set of services you have to stitch together by hand.
Can be complemented with: Integrations, automation, agents, bots, apps
[02] Description
What a business platform is
A platform is a single system where your clients, orders, contractors, documents and results live. Instead of spreadsheets, third-party subscriptions and messenger threads, the team gets one contour: every participant has their own role, permissions and workspace.
We handle custom online platform development end to end: from process analysis and design to launch and support. The platform is built in modules — first what brings value immediately, then new blocks without rewriting the core. That works both for a platform MVP for a startup and for an industry-specific digital platform that replaces several disconnected systems.
[03] Tasks
What clients come to us with
- A client account with order history, documents, payment and statuses
- A partner account, dealer account, supplier account or staff account
- A corporate or client portal with CRM, document workflow and role-based access
- A B2B marketplace or services marketplace: catalogue, seller and buyer accounts, payment
- A supplier or service aggregator with a single catalogue and offer comparison
- A custom industry SaaS platform when off-the-shelf services do not fit your processes
- A web platform with integrations: 1C, CRM, payment and accounting systems
[04] Description
Client accounts and portals
A client account takes routine questions off managers: where is my order, which invoice was issued, where is the contract. For B2B clients the account shows orders across several legal entities, lets them upload and approve documents and, if needed, pay online. A partner or dealer account adds what an ordinary client does not have: personal terms, sales reports, materials and support requests.
Corporate and client portals are built on role-based access: everyone sees only what relates to their work. If you already have an accounting system, a portal with 1C integration takes data from it so nobody has to enter it twice.
[05] Description
Marketplaces, catalogues and aggregators
B2B marketplace development starts with the question of who sells on it and under which rules. The answer defines roles, listing rules, settlement flow and moderation. We design the catalogue of goods or services, seller and buyer accounts, orders and payment, and the exchange with 1C so orders reach accounting without manual transfer.
A supplier aggregator gathers offers in one place and helps the client choose. An online catalogue can start simple — cards, filters and a request form — and grow into a full business trading platform once demand appears.
[06] Client request
«I need to manage clients, orders, contractors and results in one place»
[07] Description
Documentation, security and ownership
For every platform we prepare project documentation: architecture, modules, roles and data exchanges. It stays with you, so the system can be developed with us or without us. You do not need to pay for third-party subscriptions whose functions your platform covers.
Security requirements are set from the start: access control, protection of personal data under 152-FZ, action logging and backups. On request we run a penetration test of the finished solution.
[08] How the work goes
How the work goes
-
Stage01
Consultation
We learn the business, find out what should change after launch and record the constraints.
-
Stage02
Concept
We describe the modules, roles, integrations and stages. A draft can be assembled together with an AI agent.
-
Stage03
Adjustment
We agree scope and priorities before development so we do not change course on the fly.
-
Stage04
MVP
We launch the key process for the first users and check it in real work.
-
Stage05
Growth
We add modules, integrations and automation, and support the platform.
[09] Experience
Case studies and products in this area
Taxi fleet management platform
A single system for dispatchers, drivers and managers: orders, contractors, finance and reporting in one place.
Geo-analytics for retail
Analysis of locations and competitive surroundings for choosing points of a retail chain.
[10] FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where do we start if the requirements are not defined yet?
With a consultation. We ask about processes, roles and the expected result and formulate the concept together: the set of modules, the launch order and what can wait. That is enough to estimate the work and start with an MVP.
Why is a custom platform better than a builder or a subscription?
A builder works while your processes fit its templates. When you have your own roles, rules and integrations, a custom platform gives a single logic with no unnecessary features and no dependence on a third-party tariff.
Can the platform be connected to 1C and a CRM?
Yes. We set up data exchange with 1C, CRM, payment and other services so that information reaches the right system without re-entry.
Who owns the platform and the documentation?
The transfer of rights and documentation is fixed in the contract. We prepare project documentation so you can develop the system without us.
How is personal data protected?
By access control, encrypted connections, action logging and backups. We design data processing with the requirements of 152-FZ in mind.
