[01] Seamless connectivity
CRM, 1C and service integration via API
We connect CRM, accounting systems, websites, telephony and messengers into a single data exchange. We keep the tools that already work and remove manual copying, which causes errors and discrepancies in reports.
Can be complemented with: Automation, if additional business actions are needed
[02] Description
When you need an integration
A typical picture: requests arrive on the website, a manager moves them into the CRM, an accountant enters the same thing into 1C, and the head gets reports that do not match. Every transfer costs time and a chance of error. Integrating services through an API makes systems exchange data by themselves: an event in one system triggers the needed action in another.
There is no need to replace everything. We connect existing systems to each other and extend only what they lack. If additional business actions are needed after the exchange, we add automation.
[03] Tasks
What we integrate
- CRM integration with 1C: counterparties, invoices, orders, payments and statuses without re-entry
- CRM integration with telephony: calls, recordings and request history in the client card
- CRM integration with messengers: Telegram with CRM, WhatsApp with CRM and other channels
- Joining a CRM, 1C and a website into a single system for the business
- Connecting payment services, email, electronic document workflow and warehouse systems
- Data exchange between a platform, client accounts and internal systems
- Business API development: secure access to your data for partners and apps
[04] Description
How we build the data exchange
First we describe which data goes in which direction on which event, and what counts as the source of truth for each field. Without that, an integration turns into pulling data back and forth. Then we choose the exchange method: ready APIs, webhooks, an intermediate queue or file exchange if the system offers nothing better.
We pay particular attention to errors. If an external system is unavailable, data is not lost: the exchange is retried, and an employee sees exactly what failed and why. All transfers are logged, so it is always possible to restore what was sent and when.
[05] Description
Your own API and security
When partners, clients or a mobile app need your data, we develop an API: we describe the methods, access rights and limits and prepare documentation for developers. Keys and tokens are stored securely, access is separated and requests are logged.
Integrations that pass personal data are designed with 152-FZ in mind: we pass only what is necessary and record where and on what basis.
[06] Client request
«Data from the CRM should reach the accounting system without copying»
[07] Description
What you get in the end
Data that matches across all systems and reports you can trust. A manager enters information once and the rest happens by itself: the order goes into accounting, the status returns to the CRM, documents reach the client account.
We leave behind an exchange diagram describing every flow, a transfer log and an instruction on what to do in case of failure. Any flow can be switched off or changed without touching the others.
[08] How the work goes
How the work goes
-
Stage01
Systems map
We list the systems, the data and the flows between them and mark weak spots.
-
Stage02
Exchange rules
We decide what is the source for each field and what to do on conflicts and failures.
-
Stage03
Development
We build the exchange and test it on a copy of the data.
-
Stage04
Pilot
We launch one flow and cross-check the data by hand.
-
Stage05
Monitoring
We connect a log and error notifications, then add the remaining flows.

CRM and accounting system integration
Data from the CRM reaches the accounting system automatically. The project is under NDA.
[10] FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Our CRM, 1C and other services are not connected. Do we have to replace everything?
No. We connect your existing systems and set up data exchange, keeping the tools that already work. We propose a new platform only where they fall short.
What if a system has no API?
We use other methods: file exports and imports, exchange through a database or an intermediate service. We choose by what the system supports and explain the limitations in advance.
What happens if an external service stops responding?
Data is not lost: the exchange is retried when the service returns, and errors go to the log and notifications.
Can 1C be integrated with a website and a client account?
Yes. Orders, invoices, statuses and documents pass between 1C, the website and the client account without re-entry.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on the number of systems and the quality of their APIs. An exchange between two systems goes live faster than joining several. After reviewing the scheme we name the scope and launch order: we start with the flow that gives the biggest effect.
