[01] Speed at scale

Chatbot development for business

Messenger bots accept requests, report statuses and help customers without a manager's involvement — where it is convenient for the customer, with everything recorded in your CRM. Where needed we add artificial intelligence to understand free text.

Can be complemented with: Integrations, automation, AI agent

[02] Description

Why a business needs a chatbot

A customer wants to leave a request, check an order status or get an answer without calling or waiting for an email. Staff want routine questions not to distract them. A chatbot serves both: it takes the request, asks for missing details, creates a ticket in the system and tells the customer about every change.

We build bots for Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX and other messengers, as well as for websites. A bot does not live on its own: it is tied to your CRM, accounting system or platform, so nothing has to be carried over by hand.

[03] Tasks

What our bots can do

  • Accept requests and enquiries, collecting the needed data step by step
  • Report the status of an order, request or document on demand and on an event
  • Answer routine questions from customers and employees, hand complex cases to a manager
  • Book consultations, remind about meetings and payments
  • Accept files and photos: documents, screenshots, acts
  • Pass data to the CRM and other systems: Telegram with CRM, WhatsApp with CRM, telephony
  • Notify the team about new events and send mailings with the customer's consent

[04] Description

A chatbot with artificial intelligence

A button-based bot is good for predictable scenarios: choose a menu item, get an answer. When customers write in free text, an AI chatbot for business helps: it understands the meaning of a message, picks an answer from the knowledge base and decides who should take the request. An AI bot for request processing classifies the enquiry itself, fills in the card and assigns an owner.

Where a mistake can be costly — for example when agreeing terms — the bot only prepares the reply and an employee confirms it. We configure what the bot does on its own and what it only suggests.

Integrations and security

A bot works with customers' personal data, so it asks for consent to process it and stores data in line with 152-FZ. Employees' access to dialogues is separated by role, and the history of requests stays in your system.

We build the integration with the CRM and other services through an API: deals and requests are created and updated automatically, and the manager sees the whole conversation in the usual client card.

[06] Client request

«A customer should be able to leave a request, check a status or get help in a messenger»

[07] Description

What you get in the end

A channel of communication with customers that works around the clock and loses no enquiries: every message becomes a request with a history and an owner. Employees are left with the conversations that need a person — agreeing terms, complex questions, sales.

We hand over the dialogue scenarios, access to the bot panel and a description of the integrations. New scenarios can be added without rebuilding the whole system.

[08] How the work goes

How a bot is created

  1. Stage01

    Scenarios

We describe which enquiries the bot handles itself and which it hands to people.

  2. Stage02

    Prototype

We show dialogues on examples to agree tone and logic before development.

  3. Stage03

    Development and integrations

We build the bot and connect the CRM, knowledge base and notifications.

  4. Stage04

    Pilot

We launch for part of the customers and see where the dialogue breaks.

  5. Stage05

    Growth

We add scenarios, AI for free text and new channels.

[10] FAQ

Frequently asked questions

In which messengers can a bot be made?

In Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX and other messengers, and as a chat on a website. We choose channels by where your customers communicate.

Will the bot replace managers?

No. It takes over routine requests and data collection and hands complex questions to an employee together with the dialogue history.

Can the bot be connected to our CRM?

Yes. Requests and messages reach the CRM automatically, and statuses from the CRM go back to the customer in the messenger.

Does a bot need artificial intelligence?

Not always. For predictable scenarios ordinary logic is enough, and it is simpler and cheaper. We add AI where customers write in free form.

How does the bot handle personal data?

Before data is sent, the bot asks for consent to processing; the data itself is stored in your system, and we choose the hosting with 152-FZ in mind. Employees' access is separated by role, and the dialogue history is kept and available for review.
