[01] Process efficiency
Business process and request automation
We remove manual data entry, document preparation and task assignment: after an event the system performs the set steps itself. We start with the processes where losses are most visible and launch in stages without stopping the work.
Can be complemented with: Integrations, bot, AI for individual stages
[02] Description
What exactly we automate
Business process automation is not buying one more program. We describe how work goes now, find the repeated steps and move them into the system: a request is created by itself, gets an owner and a deadline, reminds about overdue items, and the manager sees the whole picture. People do what requires decisions.
If requests reach the company from email, messengers, a website form and phone calls, the first step is a single request management system: every request has a status, an owner, a communication history and a deadline.
[03] Tasks
Typical scenarios
- Request processing automation: intake from all channels, distribution, deadline control
- Customer service automation and request handling, request records and communication history
- Sales department automation: from lead to deal, reminders, proposal templates
- Document workflow automation: generating documents, approval and signing
- Request approval automation along a chain with roles and rules
- A CRM built around your business processes: fields, funnels and reports in your logic, not a template's
- Notifications, reminders and reports that used to be compiled by hand
[04] Description
CRM and a single system for the business
A custom CRM is needed when standard setup does not fit your process: special statuses, several business lines, approvals, specific documents. We either fine-tune and integrate what you already have or develop the missing modules. We first check what can be solved by configuration and only then propose development.
A company often has a CRM, an accounting system and a website that know nothing about each other. Joining the CRM, 1C and the website into one system removes data copying and discrepancies between reports. More on the Integrations page.

How to roll out without stopping the work
We launch in stages: one team or one process, a pilot, feedback, then expansion. While the pilot runs, everyone else works as before. Before the start we define what to measure: request processing time, number of manual actions, missed deadlines, lost requests. After the pilot we compare the figures and decide whether to extend the system.
Where artificial intelligence helps in individual steps — classifying requests, extracting data from documents, drafting replies — we connect it to those stages and leave the rest on ordinary rules. That is simpler to support and cheaper.

[07] Description
What you get in the end
Described and working processes instead of verbal agreements. A new employee sees how the work is organised, and the manager sees where it gets stuck: which requests are overdue, who has piled-up tasks, at which step customers are lost.
We leave behind a process diagram, rule settings and instructions for the team. The rules can be changed together with the business without rewriting the system from scratch.

[10] FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Requests get lost across messengers, email and spreadsheets. How do we get order back?
We bring all requests into one system: each one gets an owner, a status, a deadline and a communication history. The team sees what to do, and the manager sees where to step in.
Employees spend a lot of time on routine. Where do we start?
With the operations where losses are most visible: repeated data entry, document preparation, task assignment, standard replies. Automating these steps pays off fastest.
Do we need a new CRM, or can the current one be extended?
We first check what can be solved by configuration and integrations. We propose new modules or a custom CRM only if standard capabilities are not enough.
Can we launch gradually so current work does not stop?
Yes. We start with one process or team, verify the solution in a pilot, train the users and then extend the system.
How do we know automation will pay off?
Before the project we define what to measure: request processing time, number of manual actions, missed deadlines and lost requests. After the pilot we compare the figures before and after, so the decision to expand rests on results, not expectations.
