Mobile app development for business
We build mobile and web apps for people who do not work at a desk: field staff, installers, couriers, sales representatives — and for customers who prefer their phone. The app works with the same system as the rest of the business.
Can be complemented with: Integrations, automation, platform
[02] Description
When a business needs an app
An employee on site has to open a task, photograph the result, mark the status and produce a report without returning to the office or filling in paper. A customer finds it easier to follow an order and write to support from a phone than to visit a website. Where work happens away from the computer, an app gives what neither email nor a messenger can: structure, control and data in the system at the same moment.
We build apps as part of your platform, not as a separate island. Tasks, clients and documents come from the common system, and the result of the work goes back into it — without forwarding files or manual transfer.
[03] Tasks
Scenarios we implement
- Field tasks: a list of assignments, route, status, comments
- Photo and video recording of work on site, linked to the task and time
- Reports and acts with an on-screen signature, sent to the client
- Scanning documents and barcodes, working with warehouse and equipment
- A customer app: orders, statuses, payment, support requests
- A partner and dealer app: catalogue, requests, reports
- Notifications about new tasks and status changes
[04] Description
Working in the field
Connectivity on site is often poor. So we design the app for field staff so that the main actions can be performed without the internet: data is saved on the device and sent when the network appears. Photos are compressed so as not to depend on channel speed, and version conflicts are resolved by clear rules.
The interface is built for real conditions: large elements, as few steps as possible, one-handed use. An employee should not have to figure out the program — it should help do the work.
[05] Description
Mobile app or responsive web interface
An app in a store is not always needed. For some scenarios a web app that opens in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen is enough — it is easier to release and update. A native app is justified when you need the camera, files, geolocation, notifications and offline work. We will suggest the option for your scenario and explain how it differs in capabilities and timing.
We design apps with security in mind: authentication, permission separation, protected data transfer. Personal data is processed in accordance with 152-FZ.

«An employee should be able to do tasks from a phone, take photos and work on site»
[07] Description
What you get in the end
Employees who record their work right on site and managers who see the result at the same moment. Fewer calls asking what is going on, fewer lost photos and paper acts, fewer arguments about what was done and when.
We hand over the source code and documentation, a description of the integrations and an instruction for users. Updates and new scenarios are released on an agreed plan.

[10] FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do we need an app in the app stores?
Not always. For some tasks a web app in the browser is enough. A native app is needed when you require the camera, offline work or on-device notifications. We choose the option for your scenario.
Will the app work without the internet?
For field scenarios — yes: data is saved on the device and sent when the network appears.
Can the app be connected to our CRM and 1C?
Yes. The app uses the same data as your other systems, so tasks and work results reach the CRM and accounting automatically.
Can we start with a small version?
Yes, that is what we propose. First we launch the main scenario for a small group, then extend it by the results.
How is the app updated after launch?
Web versions are updated for all users at once; native apps go through the app stores or internal distribution. Updates follow an agreed plan, and critical fixes are released out of turn.
